Kangkong with sliced shiitake and button mushrooms stir fried in a slightly sweet adobo sauce, and stuffed in deep-fried blocks of tofu. Served on a hot sizzling plate and sprinkled with fried garlic on top. Good for 2-3 persons.
Inspired by the fusion between Pocherong Bisaya and Pocherong Tagalog cooked the Max's way. Beef chunks slowly simmered until tender in beefy stock with tomato sauce added with potatoes, saba banana, corn cobs and green vegetables. Available in a la carte (good for 3-4 persons).
