• Applies only for customer who wishes to change order or size of box after sending initial deposit or payment.
• Price may vary or change depending on the size and quantity of the box that customer wishes to be delivered.

f courier failed to deliver or claimed the Cargo due to absence or customer is unattended, customer has to pay a convenience fee of ¥1,500.00.

ISLAND CHARGE - EHIME KEN

Client will be penalized when their box contains commercial items. Please take note that they will be charged per box amounting to ¥5,200.
