Breaded Cream dory fillet topped with sweet and sour sauce laden with vegetables and sprinkled with pineapple bits tidbits. Good for 2 persons.

Inspired by the fusion between Pocherong Bisaya and Pocherong Tagalog cooked the Max's way. Beef chunks slowly simmered until tender in beefy stock with tomato sauce added with potatoes, saba banana, corn cobs and green vegetables. Available in a la carte (good for 3-4 persons).

Tasty milkfish, pre-marinated in special spices and fried golden brown. Comes with suka't bawang. Good for 2-3 persons

The Filipino staple dish of fresh ampalaya, okra, sitaw, eggplant, squash and kangkong with pork and shrimps sauteed in a special blend of bagoong alamang.
