・We will create it with the freshest available flowers/ flowers we have in the sore each day.

・Due to delivery time and quality concerns, we have decided not to deliver to remote islands. Please understand in advance.

・Orders will be confirmed and shipped after payment has been received.

■ Exchange Policy  : 

The products we handle are very delicate, so in principle we cannot accept send back or exchanges after delivery. If the product is defective, we will cover the shipping costs.
