DATA SIM CARD 10GB 6months subscription plan 

I hereby place my order of SIM cards with my full understanding below. 

私は以下内容に同意し、SIM カード を申込いたします。

1st  Monthly  cost  ・・・JPY 2,156

1 month deposit fee・・・JPY2,156

initial charges ・・・JPY2,200

delivery charges  ・・・JPY185

In addition to this fee, a monthly fee will be incurred as follows.

本費用のほかに下記のとおり月額費用が発生致します。

ーーーーーーー Total JPY 10,780

2nd～5th  Monthly  cost　JPY 2,156× 5 month contracts  *Bank transfer only 

Only for 6th month, monthly cost bill will not submit to you. It will be deducted from your deposit fee from the total monthly cost.

Example: 10,780-2,156(deposit fee)＝ JPY 8,624

※6th month, monthly cost will be off set deposit fee if there is no any issues such as unpaid or delay.

6ヶ月目は未払いや遅延等の問題がなければ、月額費用はデポジット料金と相殺されます。

Monthly cost is a fixed. There is no daily calculation.

月額費用は固定料金制です。日割り計算はございません。

Basically, stop in middle of contract is not allowed.

原則契約の途中キャンセルはできません。

For monthly cost, the only payment method is Bank Transfer. Please follow the bank transfer information on the invoice that will be sent at a later date and make the payment.

The payment site will be closed at the end of the month, and payment will be made on the 5th of the following month. If the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday, please make the payment at least one business day in advance. Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

月額費用のお支払方法は銀行振込のみとなります。別途ご案内致します。書面記載の銀行口座へお振込みをお願い致します。支払サイトは月末締め、翌月5日払いとなります。5日が土日祝日の場合は

1営業日前でのお振込をお願い致します。尚振込手数料はお客様負担にてお願い致します。

Any packet use beyond the above allocation per month shall slow down your available network speed to 200kbps until the first date of the following month.   

上記の月毎の利用制限を超える通信を行う場合は、翌月初日まで 200kbps の低速通信となります。                 

 It is not possible to use SMS with this service.        

このサービスではSMSをご利用いただけません。  

After confirming the payment details, it will take about 1-3 business days to ship the item.

Depending on the stock status, it may take about 10 business days.
