The processing schedule of transactions is from 9AM to 3PM (Philippine Time). Transactions received after 3PM (PHT) will be processed the next day.

Jollibee will contact the beneficiary within 24 hours upon receipt of order to confirm his/her preferred date and time of delivery, dine-in or pick-up.

Jollibee Delivery is available in selected key areas across the country from 8AM - 9PM (Philippine Time). For areas not covered, the recipient/beneficiary has the option to dine in or pick-up the meal package provided at the Jollibee store of his choice. The beneficiary or representative should present any valid government ID to our rider /store representative upon receipt of the Jollibee Padala Meal Package for verification purposes.

The intended recipient/beneficiary agrees to accept delivery of the products at the agreed time and place of delivery. If the recipient/beneficiary is not in the agreed time and place, the order shall be considered sold and non refundable.

Delivery in Metro Manila takes 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery in Luzon takes 7 to 12 business days.

Delivery in Visayas and Mindanao takes 12 to 14 business days.

If area turns out of delivery zone, our delivery team will inform the beneficiary of the nearest pick-up location of the package.

Please ensure that the contact number of your beneficiary is correct. Courier will reach out to your beneficiary on the day of the delivery.

In an unlikely case of delays, we will update the sender and the beneficiary and will ensure delivery of the package.

For products that were lost during the delivery, BeamAndGo will refund the payment in full or deliver another product subject to the discretion of the sender.
