Order and Delivery Policy:

1. After a successful order, your beneficiary will receive a call within 2-3 days to confirm the delivery time and 4ddress of the particular package.
2. Your beneficiary or representative should present any valid ID to the rider upon delivery of the food package for verification purposes.
3. The intended beneficiary agrees to accept delivery of the products at the 4ddress confirmed in the transaction. If the beneficiary is not in the agreed time and place, the order shall be considered sold and non-refundable.
4. If the area turns out to be out of the delivery zone, your beneficiary will be informed through phone calls and SMS to discuss the nearest pick-up location of the package.
5. Should there be any unforeseen issues/delays with the delivery, the B&G sender will receive 250 pesos B&G credits, except if the delay is due to force majeure or a customer’s fault such as an incomplete 4ddress and unreachable contact number.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

1. Content may be replaced of equal value from the same brand (KK, JCO, or Dunkin Donuts) if the items are not available due to unforeseen and uncontrollable conditions.
2. In case of missing items or incomplete orders, items or replacements will be delivered the next day.
3. If any product purchased is damaged or inedible, the beneficiary will reach out to us within 24 hours. B&G reserves the right to have the product assessed for the legitimacy of the complaints prior to providing you with a suitable remedy. If proven that the items are damaged and inedible, we will deliver the items the next day. In case the same item is unavailable, the merchant has the right to replace the item of similar value.
